I'm fundraising for Musculoskeletal Health Australia
As someone who lives with severe osteoarthritis, I have struggled with debilitating chronic pain. Through accessing Musculoskeletal Health Australia's many educational resources, I have learnt that regular exercise is extremely important for managing pain and maintaining mobility. I'd like to raise $300 towards supporting MHA's valuable work in improving musculoskeletal health and better health outcomes in general.My Achievements

Wednesday 30th Oct A big thank you to everyone who has donated. I was $14 short of my fund-raising target of $300, so I decided to donate that amount myself, in addition to my initial donation. Target reached! However, I certainly couldn't have done it without all your help.Almost there!
