Team Mylo
Mylo LOVES chair-based exercise. To be honest, he loves ALL types of exercise, BUT chair-based exercise is his absolute favourite. From gentle movement, to lifting weights, getting the blood pumping and the body moving is what Mylo lives for. Mylo understands that sometimes moving can be hard and more than once he has had to work his way through the discomfort (and yes a little pain) to keep himself moving. That’s why he loves chair-based exercise! It makes sure he keeps moving even when he doesn’t feel up to it and he knows that by the end of a class he has that special feeling of achievement! And for those naysayers who think chair-based exercise class isn’t for everyone, Mylo’s motto "feel the burn - Ready? Sit! MOVE!!"
