Join The World's Biggest Sit-in

A record-breaking success!

On Thursday 31st October 2024, 308 incredible people joined us from across Australia as Musculoskeletal Health Australia, epijoint and our amazing “sitters” set an Australian record for the largest chair-based exercise class ever held!  We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part in our inaugural World’s Biggest Sit In. Together, we’ve not only set the record but also raised awareness about the importance of good musculoskeletal health and the impacts of musculoskeletal disease.

Record verified by: The Australian Book of Records
