What is the World's Biggest Sit-In?

The World's Biggest Sit In (WBSI) is a call to action - to get people moving, to change the way we think about exercise, movement and health, and to raise awareness and understanding of the invisible epidemic having real and life-long impact on millions of people across Australia - musculoskeletal disease.

Join us in Melbourne on October 31 to show your support and beat the record to be verified by The Australian Book of Records!

If you are not local to Melbourne, there will be satellite events around the country - click here to opt in for further information.
