Mylo M’Usclé
Mylo LOVES chair-based exercise. To be honest, he
loves ALL types of exercise, BUT chair-based exercise is his absolute favourite.
From gentle movement, to lifting weights, getting the blood pumping and the body moving is what Mylo lives for.
Mylo understands that sometimes moving can be hard and more than once he has had to work his way through the discomfort (and yes a little pain) to keep himself moving.
That’s why he loves chair-based exercise! It makes sure he keeps moving even when he doesn’t feel up to it and he knows that by the end of a class he has that special feeling of achievement!
And for those naysayers who think chair-based exercise class isn’t for everyone, Mylo’s motto "feel the burn - Ready? Sit! MOVE!!"

Jonty T. Joint
Jonty is the quiet achiever. She loves to get together
with her mates and help keep everyone moving. She is all about connection.
You can find her at every chair-based exercise class
bringing people together and helping them focus on
fun and friendship. She likes to ensure everyone is moving well and enjoying their chair-based exercise
classes.
Slow and steady, that's Jonty's motto, getting the most out of exercising with her friends, building strength and flexibility! Jonty knows that chair-based exercise is for EVERYONE!
It gets and keeps you moving and that is so important because moving makes sure synovial fluids keep everything lubricated and feeds our all important musculoskeletal health.
Scully S. Keleton
Scully is all about form and structure. They are a team player and love nothing more than sitting down with Mylo and Jonty for a chair-based workout.
They enjoy classes that include weights and the
use of bands because Scully knows that this, along with maintaining a healthy and balanced diet, keeps everything moving.
Scully loves how dynamic, constantly evolving and challenging chair-based exercise can be.
They like the inclusive aspects of this type of exercise because no matter what your age or ability, taking a seat and getting moving with your mates can be both fun and good for you!
